1. Information We Collect
Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a one-way hash). If you were referred by another agent, we record that relationship.
Usage data: We collect records of your activity on the Platform — leads viewed, purchased, and worked; calls made; notes and pipeline stages updated — to power your CRM and team features.
Payment information: Wallet funding transactions are processed by our payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
Lead contact data: When you purchase leads, that contact data (name, phone, state, etc.) is stored in your CRM. You are responsible for handling this data in accordance with applicable law.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: operate and improve the Platform; process your lead purchases; provide customer support; detect and prevent fraud or abuse; and communicate Platform updates to you. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Lead Contact Data
Lead contact information (names, phone numbers, addresses) that you access through the Platform was provided by those individuals in connection with an inquiry about life insurance. You may use this data only for lawful insurance marketing purposes consistent with applicable law. You may not use it for any other purpose, sell it, or share it with parties outside your licensed downline.
4. Information Sharing
We share information only in the following circumstances: with service providers who help us operate the Platform (hosting, payment processing, communication services) under confidentiality obligations; with managers in your hierarchy who have visibility into your lead assignments and pipeline activity (not your private notes); as required by law or to respond to valid legal process; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and role-based access controls. No security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and activity data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter. You may request deletion of your personal account information by contacting us, subject to our obligations to retain certain business records.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA.
