Terms of Service — Lead2You

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Lead2You ("the Platform") or accessing any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

Lead2You is a software platform that provides licensed life insurance agents with access to a lead marketplace, a customer relationship management (CRM) tool, an outbound calling tool, and related features. Lead2You does not sell insurance, provide insurance advice, or act as an insurance agent or broker.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a licensed life insurance agent in good standing in your applicable state(s) to use the Platform for the purpose of contacting leads. You represent that you hold all required licenses and will maintain them for as long as you use the Platform.

4. Lead Purchases

Leads are sold on a per-lead, non-refundable basis unless covered by the Replacement Policy. Wallet funds are non-refundable except at Lead2You's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Each lead is sold exclusively to one agent at the time of purchase and will not be resold to any other agent after purchase.

5. Agent Responsibilities & Compliance

You are solely responsible for your use of any leads purchased through the Platform, including compliance with all applicable federal and state laws governing telephone solicitation, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule, applicable Do Not Call regulations, and state-specific insurance marketing regulations. Lead2You provides no legal or compliance advice and makes no representations about the legality of your specific marketing practices.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: resell or transfer leads to any other individual or entity; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with Platform security features; scrape or harvest data from the Platform in bulk; or misrepresent your identity or licensure status.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform software, design, trademarks, and content are owned by Lead2You or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose. No other license is granted.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all leads are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Lead2You does not warrant that leads will result in sales, that contact information will be valid, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead2You shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Lead2You's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Lead2You in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Lead2You may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at its discretion, with or without notice. You may stop using the Platform at any time — no formal cancellation is required.

11. Changes to Terms

Lead2You may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
